Q: How can I purchase medical equipment from you? A: You can use the cart and the "buy now" options. You can also write to us to sales@all2med.com. We will send you back a quote for any item you are interested. in Q: Do you ship worlwide? Is shipment included? How do you ship? A: We ship worldwide . We prefer shipping by FEDEX, UPS or TNT, but we we will use any courier you prefer for shipments you pay (collect). For some items shipment will be included - it will be mentioned on the product details and on the quote you will recieve from us. You can also have a look at our product promotions, where if you buy several products you might be entitled to a free of charge shipment worldwide. Q: Is there insurance for send items? A: All items with shipment included are insured until you recieve them. If for any reason item was damaged during shipment, you have to keep original package and let us know within 1 business day after recive of item. For more information please check our store policies Q: How can I pay? A: You can pay by credit card, wire transfer and PayPal - in advance. Please be aware that payment by PayPal may be subject to a fee. Q: Who is behind ALL 2 MED? Where are all the products in your store coming from? A: The store is a subsidary of DANEL MEDICAL LTD, Israel. DANEL MEDICAL is a privetly held Israeli medical company, dealing with both new, used and refurbished medical equipment, mainly in endoscopy and realted products. Most of the products are from DEMO and from TRADE-INs we conduct with our clients. Rest is from suppliers we have been working with and tested their quality for a long time. Q: What is your warranty policy? A: For our detailed warranty policy please check our store policies. The warranty of each item will appear on each product details page. Unless stated to be sold "AS-IS", usually it will be 90 to 120 days for refurbished and used equipment, and 12 to 24 months for new equipment. Q: Can I return back the product? A: If for any reason you would like to return back the product, you can do so within 5 days after receiving it. The item should be send back in original package and condition, prepaid. After recieving and checking the product, you will be fully credit. There is no restocking fee . Q: I have been looking for an item, but I can't find it in your webstore. Can you help? A: Yes! Please feel free to contact us and let us know what you are looking for. We will do our best to get it for you in best price and condition possible. Q: I have an item I would like to sell or conduct a trade-in for it. Would you be interested? A: Yes! We can provide a repair service, especially for endoscopy (rigid and flexible) and related products ( cameras, light sources ), power tools ( drills ) and phaco hand piece.
